Chuck Teter is a Senior Vice President and Unit Manager of Construction Operations for Lockton Companies in its Kansas City office. His responsibilities include coordinating contract surety placement, acting as a liaison between clients and surety markets and being a client advisor on all surety-related matters. Chuck maintains a number of ESOP clients and has provided surety consultation through the ESOP conversion process, and is active in private equity transactions for both buyers and sellers that require surety credit as part of their ongoing business operations.
