Robert H. Pratt
Robert H. Pratt, FCPE, is Executive Vice President of Demand Construction Services, Inc. in Denver, Co. He is a Principal in the firm, responsible for professional services in the fields of Forensic Schedule Analysis, Forensic meaning of contract clauses from a contractor’s perspective and renders opinions on contract administration and standards of care applicable to various parties involved in the construction process. Since 1982 he has been engaged by clients in over 500 cases domestically and internationally and testified as an expert witness in approximately 25 percent of those cases. He received his B.S. degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He is a Fellow Certified Professional Estimator (FCPE) and a past National President of ASPE. He has been a Mediator and a member of the AAA National Panel of Construction Arbitrators. He has been active in a number of construction trade a professional associations, including ABC, and is currently ASPE’s representative on the Coalition of ConsensusDOCS endorsing organizations.
